The library is always looking for and welcomes all parents/volunteers to help process books. (There are many books to process, the faster the books are processed, the faster our children can access and enjoy these books) If you have some spare time, come and help out at the library. The English library is open daily and offers the opportunity to borrow English books, recorded media and films. All classes use the library at least once a week as part of their lessons. The library would not be what it is without the help of many volunteers and parents.
Parents are encouraged to assist their
children's class at their alloted library times: from reading stories to
checking-in/out books. Sign up sheet and schedules are posted on the
library board at the children's school entrance.

Library Hours
Die English library ist täglich geöffnet und bietet Schülern, Lehrern,
Betreuern und Eltern die Möglichkeit, englischsprachige Bücher,
Tonträger und Filme auszuleihen. Alle Klassen nutzen die Library als
Teil des Sprachunterrichts mindestens einmal in der Woche.
Für die einzelnen Klassen wird ein zusätzlicher Elterndienst organisiert, um den Kindern während ihrer Bibliotheksbesuche vorzulesen und die Ausleihe vorzunehmen. Die Helferlisten hängen am jeweiligen Infobrett am Schülereingang unserer Schule aus.

Our English Library exists through the active support of parents, teachers and the Quentin- Blake School Association(Förderverein). It is a vital part of the English Curriculum at our school and we are very proud to be a part of such a wonderful facility at Quentin-Blake School. We look forward to meeting you!
